  • City-to-City Parcel Delivery


  • Luggage Sharing Service: Charges are based on the weight of the parcel and the
    distance of travel. Estimated price range of: PKR 5000 to PKR 25000.
  • City to City Parcel Delivery Service: Pricing varies according to parcel size and
    delivery speed. Starting from PKR 800.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a
    full refund.
  •  In the event of a lost parcel, Lifti will refund the sender the full amount of the
    parcel’s value as declared at the time of booking, up to a maximum of PKR 50,000.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Duration

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided once a traveler confirms the booking of your
    parcel. Actual delivery times may vary due to travel schedules and other unforeseen

Pickup and Delivery:

  • Senders must ensure parcels are ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.
    Delivery will be made directly to the recipient or a designated pickup point in the
    destination city.

Parcel Handling

  •  All parcels should be securely packed and properly sealed. Fragile items must be
    labeled and will be handled with special care.

Customs and Regulations

  • It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the parcel complies with customs
    regulations of the destination country. Lifti is not responsible for parcels held or
    confiscated by customs due to the sender’s failure to comply with international shipping

Prohibited Items

  • Lifti prohibits the shipment of certain items in accordance with legal and airline
    regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, hazardous materials, illegal substances,
    firearms, live animals, and items that require temperature control. A full list of prohibited items is

Responsibility for Content

  • The sender is responsible for the content of the parcels. Any attempt to ship restricted or
    prohibited items may result in suspension or termination of your Lifti account.

Shipping Costs

  • Costs will be calculated based on parcel weight, size, and the distance of the traveler’s
    journey. The final cost will be displayed in the app before you confirm your shipment.

Shipping Confirmation

  • Once a parcel is shipped, the sender will receive a shipping confirmation with a unique
    tracking number to monitor the parcel’s progress.

Updates and Notifications

  • Senders and receivers will receive notifications about their parcel’s status, including any
    delays or changes in the estimated time of arrival.
