Distance Selling Contract

This Contract has been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the services provided through the Lifti application (“Platform”).

1. Parties

Buyer/User: The individual who downloads the Lifti mobile application and benefits from the services offered therein.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the delivery and payment of services carried out through the Lifti application. The Lifti platform allows senders to request delivery of their parcels via registered travelers.

3. Service Details

  • The Buyer can request delivery services via the Lifti app.
  • The Traveler (third party) carries out the delivery.
  • Payment is collected in advance and held in escrow within the Lifti system until delivery is confirmed.
  • Once the service is completed successfully, the payment is released to the Traveler.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Payments are processed via secure payment systems integrated into the app.
  • All prices are displayed in the app before the transaction is confirmed.
  • Service fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

  • The Buyer has the right to cancel the service request within 14 days, provided the service has not yet been started.
  • If the service has already begun (i.e., the traveler has picked up the package), the Buyer loses the right to withdraw.

6. Refund Policy

  • If the service is not provided or delivery is not completed, the Buyer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Refunds are processed through the same payment channel used for the initial transaction.

7. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni).

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this Contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s jurisdiction shall have authority.

This Contract is deemed accepted once the Buyer uses the Lifti application and places a service request.
