No Show Policy

  • If a passenger does not appear for the flight ("No Show"), refund eligibility will depend entirely on the airline's policy.

Booking Errors

  • Customers are requested to carefully review passenger names, travel dates, and route details before payment confirmation.
  • LIFTI is not responsible for airline penalties caused by incorrect information entered by the customer.

Ticket Delivery Policy

LIFTI is an online travel agency (OTA) providing digital airline ticket booking services.

E-Ticket Delivery

  • All tickets are issued electronically (E-Tickets).
  • After successful payment, customers receive booking confirmation and e-ticket details via email.

Delivery Time

  • Most bookings are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment.
  • In rare cases, ticket issuance may take longer due to airline verification or technical checks.

Failed Transactions

  • If payment is deducted but a ticket is not issued, customers should contact support immediately.
  • Eligible failed transactions are refunded according to the Refund Policy above.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide a valid email address and phone number during booking to ensure successful ticket delivery.
